The Grand Master Housing Challenge

Ladies and Gentlemen, Esteemed architects of artistry and innovation we welcome you to A celebration of Mastery in building designs and creativity.

The Grand Master challenge, all master builders are welcome to join. The challengers will be given three months to create masterful scenes and structures.

The first Grand Master challenge is farm life. From golden fields and thriving orchards to rustic barns and welcoming farmsteads. You must create from scratch fully functioning farm and possess all the following structures and items: A farmhouse A barn Farm of any kind Animals living their best lives on the farm Step forward, shape the extraordinary and leave your mark on this grand tradition.

Let the challenge begin and may your vision take root and flourish.

Invictus Guilds Inc Presents our First Grandmaster Housing Challenge with huge payout and prizes This is NOT for beginners!!

This will be a very complex building challenge where you will have 3 months to complete. If you are interested in signing up please message Sapphira or BigBadBushWookie March Grandmaster Challenge Farmhouse March 1st to May 31st

Judging/tour June 2nd This is a top tier competitive build and will be judged accordingly. Not for BEGINNERS! Big $$$ = High expectations so bring your "A" game.

There will be no default winners

Build a barn (no premade)

Must have a garden

Must have animals

Must have livable Farmhouse

Must have a carriage (farmers cart)

A player should feel as though they are on a sustainable functioning farm.

Minimum of 500pcs mandatory to qualify for judging.

Property must be independent of any other builds.

If you decide to do a themed farmhouse (wizard of Oz etc) you can submit it to BigBadBushWookie or Sapphira so that it can be presented to the judges before tour..

Prize Ranks Increases upon participation

1st prize- 5 million gold

2nd prize - 2 million gold

3rd prize - 1 million gold

The baby bird builders woke up with a tweet,

“We’re building a party, it’s gonna be sweet!”

With helmets of eggshells and toolbelts of string,

They hammered and chirped, “Let’s do the whole thing!”

They stacked up the cupcakes, they glued all the chairs,

One got stuck dangling from decorative flares.

Another yelled, “Who put confetti in stew?!”

While twerking on streamers like party birds do.

They built it with feathers, with chaos, with flair

A wild little mess, but with so much care.

So Happy 6th Birthday, Invictus, hooray!

Mara loved housing, too much for her good,

She moaned over floorplans, made kissy-face grout,

Had one-night stands with a sink, then a spout.

She strutted through hallways in lingerie lace,

And winked at a wardrobe like, “How ’bout your place?”

She tried to elope with a curvy bidet,

Cried, “Don’t judge our love, it’s French anyway!”

Now she’s in the nut house with throw pillows stacked,

Still giving the nightstands a sweet little smack!

This months Master Class is ***Insane Asylum***, These challenges are for hard core housing geeks as they have very specific parameters that have to be met and there is **NO Default Winner**.

You must create a “**Insane Asylum**”in one of your properties. (*missing a parameter will get you disqualified, make sure you knock it out of the park for every parameter or face losing huge marks*).

**Your Insane Asylum must include the following**

***Must be like a Psych Ward***

• Electric Shock Room

• Therapy Room

• Experiments Room

• Cafeteria

• The vibe can be Old, Creepy or full of Sunshine and Happiness

• Padded Solitary

• Nurses Station

• Dosing Window
