This website is operated by Invictus Guilds Inc. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Invictus Guilds Inc. Invictus Guilds Inc. offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site  to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”, "User Agreement"), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. This User Agreement applies to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Please read the User Agreement carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by the Agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If this User Agreement is considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to the User Agreement.

Any new features, tools, and products which are added to the current website and store will also be subject to the terms. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of the User Agreement by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Guild Statement

Donations to Invictus Guilds Inc. do not make a player immune to the rules. All purchases are in accordance with the terms and conditions laid out herein. These terms will be made public and will be a part of the purchase process.

All donations made to the Invictus Guilds Inc. shop are to show support for the Guilds. 

Bans may be issued to players who are toxic, break rules, argue or fight with staff or other players, advertise or poach for other servers, or perform any tasks or make any comments against the well being of the players or guild at large. The guild master retains the right to ban any player for any reason. 

Invictus Guilds Inc. is a private gaming guild and have absolutely no obligation to any person at any time for any reason. You are responsible for maintaining the history of your purchases or donations.

Please ensure that your Discord user name (or nickname) matches your in game name. This way we can keep your information up to date.

General Conditions

• Community Standards: We expect all users to maintain a respectful and positive environment. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or cheating is not tolerated.

• Account Responsibility: Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their website login credentials (when applicable) and guild accounts.

• Your privacy is important to us. You can review our privacy policy at any time here.

•  You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

• The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

• You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

• You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

• A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services

Guild Merchandising (via Redbubble)

• Third-Party Platform: Our merchandise is sold through Redbubble, a third-party e-commerce platform. Purchases are governed by Redbubble’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

• Intellectual Property: All guild-related logos and designs are owned by Invictus Guilds Inc. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

• No Guarantee of Availability: We cannot guarantee the availability of any specific item and reserves the right to modify merchandise offerings at any time.

Disclaimer of Liability

• In-Game Activities: Invictus Guilds Inc. is not responsible for any in-game losses, damages, or penalties incurred by guild members during guild events or through participation in guild raffles.

• Third-Party Services: Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for content, purchases, or data handling on external sites. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products should be directed to the third-party.
